Featuring many of the UK's leading acts, plus a few travelling Yanks; we have built a reputation for showcasing the very best of the British blues scene and attracting quality international artistes for whom we are often their only pub gig. Whether your taste is for pure Mississippi delta in the style of Robert Johnson; Southside Chicago harp a la Junior Wells or rockin' 60s R'n'B; we're bound to have something you like.
Live music is on every Thursday and Sunday, and on occasional Saturdays. Thursday gigs tend to feature solo performers, duos, trios and compact bands. Sunday is generally given over to bands. We also have an Open Mike night every second and fourth Tuesday of the month.
